Shippings and Payments

Published prices always include express transport costs, all over the world.

Published prices include VAT (in case of shipments inside the EU) and customs duties (in case of shipments to Switzerland, USA and Canada). In all the other cases (shipping to Central/South America, Africa, Asia, United Kingdom), customs duties ARE NOT included.

The 95% of the orders we receive are shipped within 48 hours. However, in the unlucky case the ordered product does not pass the final quality control, it could take up to 3 more days before the new shipping, as the product needs to be manufactured again. Customers should understand that Pasotti umbrellas are entirely hand-made, one after the other, mainly on customer order.

PASOTTI OMBRELLI SRL is not liable at all for possible delays depending on custom clearing, weather or force majeure conditions.

Shipping is freely guaranteed against robberies or accidental damages. Once the product delivered, the guarantee does not longer apply.

As requested by the international regulations, any shipping comes with the official invoice, specifying the item single value in Euro.

From the moment of delivery of the order, you can decide within 30 days to return the product received. To do this, simply send an email to order@pasottiombrelli.com specifying the order number. The customer is however responsible for the shipping costs.

The company offices are closed from December 24 to January 6 for the Christmas holidays and from August 8th to August 26th for the summer holidays. Any order received during such time periods will be processed at the office opening.
